Andrew Nava
Andrew Nava Juarez is a litigation professional with a diverse background spanning paralegal work, technology, and operations consulting. After graduating from the University of California and gaining hands-on experience at established law firms including Brown Barnwell, PC, Andrew saw firsthand the bottlenecks that slow down personal injury litigation — and the toll they take on attorneys and their clients.
The problem was clear: law firms were spending too much time on the administrative and preparatory work that surrounds litigation, and not enough time on the strategic advocacy their clients needed. Talented attorneys were buried in medical records, discovery responses, and demand calculations instead of building cases and counseling clients.
In 2020, Andrew founded Nava Legal to solve that problem. Drawing on his unique combination of legal expertise, technology skills, and operational thinking, he built a team of NALA-certified paralegals who specialize in the work that matters most to personal injury firms — medical chronologies, discovery support, demand preparation, and trial readiness.
Today, Nava Legal supports law firms nationwide, from solo practitioners managing growing caseloads to mid-size firms handling complex multi-party litigation. Andrew continues to lead the company with the same principle that inspired its founding: every law firm deserves a paralegal team that works as hard and as precisely as they do.

Why Nava Legal Exists
Personal injury attorneys carry an enormous responsibility. They advocate for people during some of the most difficult moments of their lives — after accidents, injuries, and losses that change everything. That work requires focus, strategy, and the kind of attention that cannot be divided.
